Jeff is a spiritual teacher, writer, and artist who lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife Stelli and their dog, Brady the Whippet. His creative expression includes making handmade prayer books and drawing mandalas (powerful visual objects that can evoke deep emotional responses within us). His books of poetry, works of fiction, and books on spirituality contain the wisdom he has learned, including lessons that have come through his channeling sessions.
